Returns Policy

Step 1

Download the application form here (pdf version).

Step 2

Complete the application form and email back to returns@nu-way.co.uk. To avoid delay fully complete the form with a valid contact email address. Once we receive the form, and this has been validated, we will issue you with a unique returns (APR) number.

Step 3

Repack your goods with the returns (APR) number clearly visible on the outside of the box and enclose the returns (APR) form inside.

Despatch to Enertech Ltd, Ten Acres, Berry Hill Industrial Estate, Droitwich, Worcestershire, WR9 9AQ.

Step 4

We will contact you once the goods have been tested and if found faulty a credit will be raised.

All returns for unwanted goods will incur a restocking charge.

Please note: the returns (APR) number is only valid for 14 days after its date of issue and can only be used for the goods and quantities stated originally.

Regrettably, we are unable to accept goods unaccompanied by a valid returns (APR) number. Any goods delivered to us with incorrect paperwork will be held for 30 days for your collection.
