During the Christmas period, (23rd Dec 2024 > Jan 1^st 2025 inclusive) our office will be closed, an Emergency call-out cover may be offered by some of our approved sub-contractors.

If you feel you have an emergency, please contact the nearest sub-contractor to yourself from the list below, to see if they are able to attend your problem.

Any instruction for a sub-contractor to attend a call-out, will result in an invoice being raised by Nu-way for all hours spent travelling to and from site and all hours on-site. There is no initial call out charge, but all the travel and on-site time will be charged at double the normal hourly rates (normal rates: £88+VAT per hour outside the M25 and £104 +VAT per hour inside the M25).

IE: the hourly call-out rate over the Christmas period (23rd Dec 2024 > Jan 1^st 2025 inclusive) will be £176+VAT per hour outside the M25 and £208+VAT per hour inside the M25. Any materials used will be charged as extra to our normal rates. Clarification of prices for parts, (prior to fitting), will not be available during the Christmas period, due to the office being closed.

(if you believe your problem is a warranty call, the charges will still apply, including materials, pending the attending engineer’s report clarifying the problem).

NB: Nu-way Do Not Guarantee that any of the listed sub-contractors will be able to attend your problem, or that on attendance the issue will be resolved. Non-attendance of sub-contractors maybe due to engineer availability, geographical constraints, skill-sets required for your specific problem, or weather / road conditions.

This service is offered on a ‘best endeavours’ basis only, to provide emergency cover over our shut-down period.
