STATEMENT OF THE ORGANISATION’S QUALITY POLICY
It is the policy of Enertech Limited to supply quality products and services to all customers to satisfy their requirements and expectations.
Enertech’s commitment is undertaken in accordance with meeting statutory regulations, the requirements of Health & Safety Legislation, the BS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard and the Gas Appliance Regulation 2016/426/EC.
The Organisation will establish and review their objectives by monitoring customer satisfaction and key performance indicators. The objective being to continually improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Resources and training will be regularly reviewed to create an environment to enable continual improvement of our products and services.
